Nội Dung
Bộ phim nói về một loại ký sinh trùng liên tục biến đổi có tên gọi “Yeongasi” hay “trùng lông bờm ngựa” có khả năng phả hủy cơ thể vật chủ bằng cách kiểm soát dần bộ não và cuối cùng dẫn đến phá hủy hoàn toàn. Kim Myeong-min đóng vai Jae Hyuk, nhân viên một công ty dược nỗ lực tìm cách cứu gia đình anh thoát khỏi đại dịch này. Dàn diễn viên trong phim bao gồm Kim Dong-wan, Moon Jeong-hee và Lee Honey.
Với ngân sách 10 tỉ won, đây là tác phẩm hoành tráng nhất của đạo diễn kiêm biên kịch Park Jeong-woo. Phim bắt đầu quay tại Gyeongbuk, Hàn Quốc vào ngày 13/11. Theo Ủy ban chấn hưng điện ảnh Hàn Quốc, vào 2 giờ chiều ngày 15 tháng 7, 11 ngày kể từ ngày ra mắt, Yeongasi thu hút 3,006,804 khán giả đến rạp, chính thức cán mốc 3 triệu. Yeongasi sau 4 ngày vượt mức 1 triệu, 8 ngày vượt mức 2 triệu, 11 ngày vượt mức 3 triệu, trở thành moive có tốc độ tăng doanh số phòng vé nhanh nhất trong các movie Hàn Quốc phát hành năm 2012.
